When placing an order you automatically accept our terms and conditions. Please be aware that each piece of norø jewellery is handcrafted and has it’s own unique look and expression. Therefore we cannot guarantee that the product you order will look exactely the same as the product you see in our web shop. If you have any special requests please leave us a comment when ordering.
We accept the following credit cards for payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order leaves our warehouse. You will receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order. If any items are out of stock, you will be informed by email.
All prices are in DKK incl. 25% Danish VAT.
Orders on-stock are shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 business days.

Shipping prices (including free shipping) are for parcels < 1 kg and with a maximum size of 35x35 cm.
Please remember to pick up your parcel! If the parcel is not picked up by the customer and any kind of fee is added the customer will be charged all costs and expenses associated with the return-shipment.
Norø ApS will not be held responsible for any delays which are beyond our reasonable control.
You have 14 days right of cancellation on the products calculated from the day you receive the products. We recommend you to notify us on
For all items you wish to return, please enclose a copy of the invoice. Return shipping costs will be at your expense.
You can use our standard right of cancellation-sheet, which you received together with your invoice.
For full refund including the originally shipping costs you must return the product no later then 14 days after the end of the right of cancellation-period. This gives you a total of 28 days to return the product.
Goods should be returned in their original packing and they are to be unused other then for the purpose of trying it on for fit. Please beware that you can lose your purchase amount completely or partially if the product’s value is reduced. This will happen if you have been handling the jewellery in a way that decreases it’s value or if the jewellery have been damaged while you were responsible for it.

Please make sure the jewellery are safely packed when you return it, as you are responsible for the jewellery until we receive them.
We do not receive parcels sent cash on delivery.
Once we have received the goods and accepted the return, the amount will be transferred to your account. We will return the amount to the credit card on which the goods where purchased. Refunds for returned goods will be made as soon as possible.

If you wish to exchange the item for a different one, we suggest you return it as described above and place a new order separately.
Norø ApS will not accept exchanges or refunds during sale or promotional offers.
Norø ApS grants a two-year warranty on all our products but differs between production errors, breaches and wear and tear. Norø ApS will cover production errors and breaches such as items that break loose or a ring/necklace that breaks in the joints. However, if breaches are due to maltreatment of the goods our warranty does not cover. Wear and tear means that the product has been used over a long period of time and is therefore not covered by norø ApS’ warranty. Examples include but are not limited to: surface scratches, changes in character of gold plating and surface wear.
